HamiltonianGatesRpauli Method
Performs an arbitrary rotation based on an existing gate. The base gate may be any unitary gate with a Hermitian, idempotent matrix. Of course, all Pauli gates satisfy this criteria.

Parameters

theta
Type: SystemDouble
The rotation angle. 4*pi is a full rotation.

The gate to base the rotation on.

The first qubit in the list is rotated.
